To Whom It May Concern:

       I am pleased to share with you about Esther Weaver for the work of being an event planner. To give you a glimpse of how she can organize major events from beginning to the very end, I will be specific with a trip she planned. She inspired others to catch the vision, but did the homework to coordinate all the parts and pieces.

      The example glaring at me is the trip she coordinated for Central Christian High School’s seventy member choir to travel to New York City for four days In addition to the choir, families and friends were invited to be chaperones and were impressed with the attention to details she displayed with every turn of events. The hotel accommodations, the tickets for shows and events, the supervision of students, transportation, and travel, and communication regarding the trip, were all part of here responsibility to coordinate. She spent months preparing for the trek and was able to make necessary changes along the way, due to the fact she was organized and knew her resources. She worked within a budget and tried to please the group with little perks and surprises in spite of it. It was one of the highlights of our son’s high school career. She made it happen in style.

      Esther has demonstrated high standards of character and good communication skills in her work as coordinator of Central Christian’s music department. Never self-serving, she puts the customer first and makes the event a special occasion for those in attendance and eases the minds of those in charge.
